   CCTV: officers bring a subject to their feet while surrounding bystanders watch.

   Bike Officer 1 rides to the scene (bodycam angle begins)

   Compilation switches to the first bodycam clip: a bike-squad officer rides down the street toward the incident. Playback time; replays the ~01:41-01:46 window.

   Officer 1 takes a male subject to the ground and handcuffs him

   Officer 1's bodycam: dismounts, restrains a male subject, gives commands 'On your back' and 'Stop reaching, man. Put your hands on your back.' The male subject shouts 'I have a torn labrum!' (playback time).

   During the ground struggle a bystander repeatedly yells 'Stop! You just hit her! He just hit her!' - an early on-mic reaction to force. This is heard on Officer 1's angle and is not necessarily the strike on the woman (Bonner), whose arrest appears later in the compilation.
